Press Play formed by worship leader Dave Hanley in 2008. They tour internationally and have worked with some of the biggest names in the Christian industry including Darlene Zschech, Group 1 Crew, Rachael Lampa, Israel Houghton, Britt Nicole, and Mary Mary. They've also taken the Gospel to stages shared with secular artists (even Katy Perry!).
Paige Adkins was the band's first lead singer - she's the daughter of comedian Sinbad, but the group has a rotating cast and after the first album Adkins was replaced by Sada Jackson. That first album also featured Darlene Zschech (yeah - the one from Hillsongs). Right out of the gate, Press Play saw lots of success, performing on NBC’s TODAY Show, meeting with ABC, appearing on FOX News and with features in national newspapers, magazines and on numerous national TV outlets.
Press Play is currently serving at New Hope West Coast in Simi Valley, CA and is inbetween albums and tours. Their last album (which came out last year) featured guest vocalists from Group 1 Crew and Shake the Nation - and features several new members to the band.
