ARTIST OF THE DAY
Rush of Fools

Rush of Fools hails from Birmingham, AL. They had only played for a short time before entering a contest called "Band with a Mission". Winning the contest, they received attention from record labels, including Midas Records, with whom Rush of Fools soon recorded and released their self-titled debut album.  So what do you do if at first you DO succeed?!

2007 was a year of fast paced change and accolaids.  They earned four Dove Award nominations and the ASCAP Song of the Year.  But changes in the music industry saw their record label collapse.  There were ongoing legal battles over song rights and royalties.  It was a mess.  But the band perservered.

Rush Of Fools:
Kevin Huguley – BGV’s, electric guitar & keys
Wes Willis - Lead Vocals, acoustic guitar
Jacob Chesnut – Bass
Jamie Sharpe – Drums
Dustin Sauder – Electric guitar
