Josh's mom is having surgery in Baltimore today, so he is off with family. Rodney Baylous (normally on much earlier) is in the driver's seat this afternoon on the Joy Ride!

ARTIST OF THE DAY
Greg Long




Greg and Janna Long are both Avalon alumns. Originally from South Dakota, the Christian music power-couple have three daughters. Currently Greg and Janna serve as Worship leaders at the Fellowship of the Woodlands church in Texas

In 1999, Greg won the Dove Award for New Artist of the Year and his song "Mercy Said No" was nominated for Song Of The Year! Since his solo debut he's garnered radio hits, awards, and toured the world on his own and with Avalon. One of the highlights of his career is that he got to spend some time in India personally meeting Mother Teresa shortly before her death.
