I saw a recipe for a refreshing beach drink that I must try soon! You take a seedless watermelon and cut a hole in the top. Then mash up the inside of the watermelon, add ice, lime juice, and a little bit of sugar. Stir that all together and put the top back on like a lid. Then you are good to go. The watermelon rine acts as a natural cooler. Sounds good, huh? It might make a good snack when you go check out #32 on our 102.5 Shore Things list ...

ARTIST OF THE DAY:
Jeremy Riddle

Homeschoolers get to claim this acclaimed singer and songwriter. Jeremy was raised in New Jersey along with 6 siblings - homeschooled from kindergarten through high school. At age 15 he raised and broke his own horse! Always the Renaissance Man, Jeremy learned the guitar by playing worship music at his church.

He graduated from Cal state Fullerton with a BA in political science. Jeremy attended and later served as a youth pastor at the Anaheim Vineyard. Riddle is married with 4 children and now lives in Redding, California and is part of the worship ministry at Bethel Church.

Like many raised in the Church, Jeremy shied away from Christian music in his twenties, but after a good "talkin' to" by his dad, embraced his calling to create worshipful music, and lead others to God's thrown through music.

You can get the song charts for all of his songs here: http://www.jeremyriddle.net/index.php/songs
